The pathway curved sharply to the left, winding down towards the lake glittering
at the foot of the cliff, like a slithering snake. Flowers peeked shyly from
betwixt the rocks scattered carelessly along the road. Drops glistened on the
newly grown petals, shining like flawless diamonds in a multitude of pastel colors.
The crisp morning breeze nipped at the delicate blossoms. The rocks jutted from the
earth like clenched fists. Emerald fingers of Ivy crept over them. The air was still
and not a sound could be heard in the valley.
